Amleth revisited

A state of mind wherein one dwells at times

A paradise,

A hell

Or some sea betwixt the twain

Allows one to see, imagine, wondrously

A created geometry where ideas fit

Jig-sawed the puzzle life begins

‘Til death draws curtains which close the scene

The scope the vision bred

Through hard work and diligence

Belief fostered faith which frees

The roaming wanderings

Which ideas breed

Through books long read

Wisdom grown

In cultures seeds once sewn

Need to be fed, watered with light and rain

Though the words themselves be vain

Strivings to escape, grow and cultivate

The seeds from which others flow

Constructing the framework which they know

Yet see not

As through the wood of the world they go

Blindfolded by their own design they wish it so

The state of being

Borne bearable by helping others in distress

Loneliness, sweet solitude

Bliss

As all seek not the path within which leads

Not where one knows

But to unexpected discoveries

The self the self shows

Is a thousand fold

As drops within the sea

An ocean of well-being

Which love alone sets free

To marvel at what it is to be.
