first day in mahalaxmi co. op. pvt. ltd.

was very nice. it is not a big one but i have got a nice
expirience in that company. About garment
manufacturing process. there are only 225 machinc
in the garment dept. in the first day me and my two
friends Bharat and ravi riched into that company at
10.30 am. before we enter into the main building we
were very nerves about what to do exactly but when
we meat to Mr. Sachin Mali the Ganaral manager of
garment dept in mahalaxmi industry. he is very
inteligent person he told us dont worry about your
project i will help you by giving the information about
the garment process , what ever i can do i will but i
have some expectations from you , you have to
come here everyday at right time, do not disterb any
werker by asking any questions just see how they
work if you have any questions or qureys about
anything you can ask to Mr. narayn ( the Production
manager of Garment Dept.) today first of all you see
the whole process of garment what happen into that,
just see the process do not enter deep in that i will
tell you what to do next. after that i felt some
relaxness to heard the words of Mr Sachin mali. there
was one another persone named Raju kadam he is
reciptionist in the Mahalaxmi industry he was friend
of my friend ravis father. He was very kindfull
person. he was also gave us some information about
the industry such as the total depts in the com.
about the workers behaviour about the director body
of the industry. Mr Swapnil Awade is the President of
that industry. Who is the son of Mr. Prakash Awade
the famus politition in Ichalkaranji. and his mother
Mrs. Sapana Awdade, she came everyday in the
morning only for two or three Hrs.
The mahalaxmi industry produsess two products
which is dyed yarn and garment products. The
building has two flooers, in the ground floor the yarn
dying dept. and in the first floor garment dept was
there. we were go the garment dept. in the first floor
and we were saw that nereby 150 workers working in
the dept. i thing 90% of the workers are womans and
girls and remaining was the mens. today we decided
that first we will see the first process in garment
dept. which is pattern making, marking and cutting
process and we spend whole day into that.
