Here is an updated version of the minutes that hopefully adequately addresses the Chief's requests
noted below.
I used 'Track Changes', so you can amend the language further if desired, save it under another name,
shoot it back to me, I'll accept the changes, and release the minutes when you say it's OK.

Sorry I couldn’t get with you yesterday. I will still be working on the same issues today. The notes that
I was given from the Chief’s assistant are requested to be inserted into the minutes you created.
Again, you captured everything accurately but the Chief wanted to emphasize a few points such as:

Under the bullet “Chief Aguilar concurred with the two-pronged land acquisition strategy:” Chief Aguilar
requests that verbiage be included that mandates rationale for building fence north of the border. Also,
in areas where we are purchasing land between the fence and the levee, he wants it noted that there
are pre-existing accessibility issues and our infrastructure will not impact current access to lands south.

He also specifically asked for clarification on seizure/forfeiture authority of reservation rights.
