‘Un Domingo De Paz’: A Benefit for P.E.A.C.E. Initiative

Local 782 musicians team with P.E.A.C.E. Initiative for 3rd annual concert

San Antonio, TX -- This October 3, Local 782 and the P.E.A.C.E. Initiative of San
Antonio present ‘Un Domingo de Paz’ at Sam’s Burger Joint to raise funds and
awareness during Domestic Violence Awareness Month. This year’s lineup features
Heather Go Psycho, Los Nahualatos, Ledaswan, Pop Pistol, and Azul Electrica.

What: Live music, raffle giveaways to benefit the P.E.A.C.E. Initiative

Who: Open to the public, all ages, family friendly (smoke-free environment)
When: Sunday, October 3, 2-8 pm

The San Antonio Police Department responds to approximately 32,000 family violence
and domestic disturbance calls each year.

Domestic violence is a major factor contributing to the problems of crime, injury, drug
and alcohol abuse, teenage runaways, homelessness, and other social issues.

Please join us October 3 to support the work of the P.E.A.C.E. Initiative and further their
critical work in our community, striving to end domestic violence in San Antonio.

The P.E.A.C.E. Initiative stands for Putting an End to Abuse through Community Efforts, consisting of
48 public and private institutions, grassroots organizations and individuals working collaboratively to end
family violence. The mission of the P.E.A.C.E. Initiative is to educate the public about the extent and
often-deadly consequences of domestic violence and to respond effectively through collaborative efforts.

Local 782 was established to bring awareness, support, and innovation to San Antonio's music
community - uniting musicians to create opportunity by organizing, educating, and performing. Since the
