About IIM Raipur and BoG

IIM Raipur has been established by MHRD, GoI and Government of

Chhattisgarh under Societies Act in the year 2009.

IIM Raipur is being mentored by IIM Indore. Dr. N. Ravichandran,

Director, IIM Indore is the Mentor Director for IIM Raipur.

The responsibility of IIM Indore is to provide necessary academic

support to IIM Raipur to stabilize in its two year Post Graduate
Programme.

Government of Chhattisgarh allotted land in Raipur for establishing

IIM Raipur. Initially IIM Raipur would operate from the premises of
Government Engineering College, Sejbahar, Raipur.

The full time Director for IIM Raipur is being processed by MHRD.

Notification for faculty positions have already been released (on

August 24, 2010) in the National and regional news papers.
