11 Whereas, ³Rollin¶ with the Razorbacks´ is a tradition of the Associated Student
16 Government (ASG), Residents Interhall Congress (RIC), and the University
13 of Arkansas Athletic Department to include students in the Razorback
14 Football Experience off of the Hill; and

16 Whereas, Few, if any, other opportunities are provided to students of the University of
1½ Arkansas to support traveling to Razorback athletics events; and

19 Whereas, A present opportunity exists to continue this tradition and opportunity for
60 University of Arkansas students; and

66 Whereas, This opportunity would directly affect 100 students; and

64 Whereas, This opportunity would indirectly affect the remaining 61,306 students as
65 well as innumerable fans by displaying the support of the student body to the
66 Razorback Athletes, giving them the fuel to defeat the Auburn Tigers; and

68 Whereas, The funding of the Associated Student Government is necessary to continue
69 such a tradition; and

31 Whereas, The Athletic Department has allocated five thousand dollars ($5000); and

33 Whereas, RIC is seeking an allocation of four thousand dollars ($4000); and

35 Be it therefore enacted: That the amount of six thousand dollars ($6,000) be
36 appropriated from the allocations budget for the funding of
3½ ³Rollin¶ with the Razorbacks´; and

39 Be it further enacted: That any remaining balance from the appropriated funds be
40 returned in full to the RIC and ASG reserve account.
