1 Change the ET type from EQMANA state to A interface state in BSC using

2 Change the ET state to WO-EX

3 Define pool and TC PC

4 Create the NSEI with new Remote endpoint IP and NRID using command

5 Get the NSEI working from SGSN end. Once NSEI is in WO-EX state, enable GENA of BTS of
NSEI
 ZEQV:BTS=XXX:GENA=Y;

6 Get GPRS call tested in SGSN. Disable GENA in all the pending BTS

7 Delete the pending NSEIs

8 Create the NSEIs as per new Remote endpoint IP and NRID

9. Enable GENA in all the BTS

 ZEQV:BTS=<BTS identification>:GENA=Y ;

10. Post Drive test confirmation. Check logs for all BTS
