This document contains the results of a survey given to 21 nurses regarding their personal, economic, environmental, and social preferences for working abroad. For personal preferences, improving nursing skills and having family abroad for support were the most popular choices. The top economic preferences were higher salary and better job opportunities. When asked about environmental preferences, better work facilities and advanced medical technology were preferred. Socially, meeting new people and exploring different cultures were favored. Most respondents were single females aged 20-23 with family already working abroad.
