Hebrews 4:12
For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it
penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the
thoughts and attitudes of the heart.
Why there is
Revolution
in your life?
Jeremiah 20:7
O LORD, you deceived me,
and I was deceived;
you overpowered me and prevailed.
I am ridiculed all day long;
everyone mocks me.
Jeremiah 20:8
Whenever I speak, I cry out
proclaiming violence and destruction.
So the word of the LORD has brought me insult and reproach all day long.
Jeremiah 20:9
But if I say, "I will not mention him
or speak any more in his name,"
his word is in my heart like a fire,
a fire shut up in my bones.
I am weary of holding it in;
indeed, I cannot.

Then he said to me,
“Prophesy to these bones and say to them, ‘Dry bones, hear the word of the LORD!

This is what the Sovereign LORD says to these bones: I will make breath enter you,
and you will come to life.

I will attach tendons to you and
make flesh come upon you and
cover you with skin; I will put breath in you, and you will come to life. Then you will
know that I am the LORD.’ ”7So I prophesied as I was commanded. And as I was
prophesying, there was a noise, a rattling sound, and the bones came together, bone
to bone.

I looked, and tendons and flesh appeared on them and skin covered them, but there
was no breath in them. 9Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath; Prophesy, son
of man, and say to it, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Come from the four
winds, O breath, and breathe into these slain, that they may live.’ ”

So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life
and stood up on their feet—a vast army.

Elisha died and was buried.
Now Moabite raiders used to enter the country every spring. 21Once while some
Israelites were burying a man, suddenly they saw a band of raiders; so they threw
the man's body into Elisha's tomb. When the body touched Elisha's bones, the man
came to life and stood up on his feet.

When they had crossed, Elijah said
to Elisha, "Tell me, what can I do for you before I am taken from you?" "Let me
inherit a double portion of your spirit," Elisha replied. 10"You have asked a difficult
thing," Elijah said, "yet if you see me when I am taken from you, it will be yours—
otherwise not."
