Interpretation:

It shows that the highest percentage of the population in Brgy. Iba-Ibayo,

Hagonoy , Bulacan regarding to their place of origin came from Central Luzon (87.90%)
next is Northern Luzon (4.61%), NCR (2.81%), Visayas Region (2.45%), Southern
Luzon (1.73%), Mindanao Region (0.50%) and Foreign (0.00%) which gathered the
lowest percentage, hence, the place of origin is the birth place of one civilization and
this is a social factor in everyday routine in community health , furthermore, people
having the same place of origin will have the easier way of communicating because
they have the same set of beliefs and values.
Analysis:

By merely looking at the graph it simply emphasize that most of the people in
Brgy. Iba-Ibayo, Hagonoy, Bulacan came from Central Luzon where Hagonoy itself is
located, where they grew up and adapted to its surroundings. Some of them were born
in Northern Luzon as shown in the graph while the least came from Mindanao Region. It
is important to understand and determine the place of origin because it affects the
person’s belief about health and illness. It implies that the people who came from the
same area and lived there in a long period of time have the great possibility of having
the same insight for health and illness matters, thus, affecting their culture and traditions
for the past years and the years to come. Hence, awareness improves the quality of
care and health outcomes that health providers render.
