associates, its officers or partnership, amounting
to fraud and misrepresentation
b. Controversies arising out of intra-corporate or
partnership relations
c. Controversies in elections or appointments of
directors, trustees, officers or managers of such
corporations, partnerships or associations
d. Petitions of corporations, partnerships or
associations to be declared in a state of
suspension of payment
Note: RTC used to have jurisdiction over all actions
involving the contract of marriage and marital relations
but such is now exclusive to the Family Courts
