WHEREAS, the SRA-Visayas Appraisal and Disposal Committee convened on October

20, 2010 to discuss the disposal of unserviceable properties purchased through Sugar-
ACEF.

WHEREAS, various Sugar ACEF properties, hereunder enumerated, were recommended

and approved for public auction on November 12, 2010 under Appraisal and Disposal
Committee Resolution No. 5 Series of 2010.

1 unit Mouldboard Plow, Tractor Mounted
1 unit Disc Harrow, 20 discs – trailing type
1 unit Hitachi, EX200, Excavator/Crawler, Backhoe w/ cabin
1 unit Komatsu Grader, Model GD31
1 unit Isuzu Dumptruck (modified), 10-wheeler
1unit Isuzu Dumptruck, 10-wheeler, 10 PAI

WHEREAS, per information of the Office of the Deputy Administrator, disposal of

properties purchased through Sugar ACEF necessitates approval of the DA-ACEF.

RESOLVED, THEREFORE, that the Appraisal and Disposal Committee recommends that
the disposal of the above-listed Sugar ACEF-funded unserviceable properties through
public auction be deferred until further notice.
