Being a part of a large international group, AgroInvest is a microfinance institution that supports the

development of rural areas in Montenegro since 1999. For the fulfillment of our vision Life in all its
fullness for rural families, we currently have the following positions open:

BRANCH MANAGER-2 positions, Podgorica and Pljevlja

Specific purpose of this position is to manage the performance of a designated branch in order to serve the
clients’ needs in the most efficient and effective way. Branch manager will be responsible for achieving goals
set at the branch level by planning, organizing, executing and controlling activities.

Necessary Qualifications:
• University Degree in Economics or related field
• Minimum 2 years of work experience at the managerial position preferably in the financial sector
• Planning, monitoring and budgeting skills
• Demonstrated achievement orientation
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and English language
• Valid driving license B category is mandatory
