Coupon Tips
Have you known you need to use coupons but don’t know how to get them organized? Many times we hear people say I have some great coupons but I always forget to use them. We want to help by providing some tips that will be easy to implement. If you have used other techniques that work well for you, let us know. We would love to share your tips with Stillwater residents. You can email them to sherryroden@gmail.com Enjoy! 1. Take the coupon pages you received in this gift bundle and cut the out. Make a pile of the coupons you know you need to use in the next week or two. Make a second pile of the ones you know you will use but it may be awhile. 2. Put the ones you plan to use in the next week or two in the coupon organizer you received in your gift bundle. This organizer should be kept in your purse/wallet. 3. Purchase a 3 ring binder or find one you already have that is not being used. 4. Purchase some clear vinyl sheets that have pockets. These are Walusually found in the photo section at Wal-mart. They also make them for trading cards. Purchase several sheets and sizes. 5. Get some colored paper and 3 hole punch it. 6. Put the vinyl pages in your 3 ring binder. 7. Most people like to organize their coupons by product type or typical shopping patterns. Other options include by expiration and product type. Put the categories you choose on the colored paper you just 3 hole punched and put it into your 3 ring binder. 8. Now take your coupons and put them in the vinyl pages in the appropriate category in your 3 ring binder. 9. You may want to put the coupons that have an upcoming expiration date in the front of that category so you can remember you need to use it before some of the others. 10. You can rotate the coupons you need to use from your 3 ring binder to your coupon organizer that stays in your purse/ wallet
