Objective

• To design the product concept inclusive facilities, amenities and


service for 200 rooms 4 star business hotel adjacent to Delhi
Airport/ Terminal D (walking distance of 5 minutes from airport)
• In the study, both primary and secondary study was conducted.







• Note: There has been a quite a lot of findings which cannot
be disclosed due to confidentiality issues.

Concept Statement

The proposed hotel will be an Airport cum Transit hotel focusing on Business

Travelers providing the best of facilities for Business Activities and Unique
Experiences like never before

This airport hotel will be environment friendly and we will implement the concept

of ‘Go Green’
The ‘Day packages and Shower packages’ will give the Transit travelers a
ultimate experience of using a 4 star hotel

A facility of ‘Grab & Fly and Grab & Go’ will be a great assistance to Frequent

Business Travelers as well as Transit Travelers

The hotel will have sound proof walls and three pane windows to prevent the

noise
 To create an atmosphere of Airport hotel, we are introducing the concept of
‘Departure Lounge’ which includes the small library and eating section in it

We will be introducing the innovative facility like ‘Baby Sitting and Park n Fly’ to

reduce the burden of the Business Travelers
