These are my goals:

1. Bilaal will use gentle hands when around other classmates.

2. Bilaal will use the acceptable voice tones as instructed by

the teacher.

These are my consequences if I don’t meet my goals:

1st time the teacher will talk to me and redirect my choices.
2nd time I will be asked to go to the think about it chair.
3rd time I will be sent to the principles office.
4th time my parents will be notified.
5th time I will serve a in-school-suspension.

These are my rewards/reinforces if I meet my goals:

I will use a bracelet and if I fill that up I will be able to be the special
helper the next day.
Once I fill 2 up I will be able to have lunch with my favourite teacher.
The 3rd time I fill it up I will be able to have free play in another
classroom.
If I am able to fill the bracelet up 4 times my teacher will come visit
me at day care.
