“probe” DJ- 144-74-6219.

The United States Dept. of Justice, FBI Special Agent Ron Stern advised the following;

1. Michael McDougal came forward after months of denying allegations of

misappropriations of drug forfeiture funds and admitted that the funds were in fact used
to purchase alcohol for community events. Now losing this election is the least of old
Michael McDougal problems because he is currently under investigation by the Texas
Attorney General's Office based upon a complaint filed against him by your one and own
with Governor Rick Perry, and facing an ethics complaint by the Texas Bar Association
whereby your one and own alleged in his complaint that DA McDougal operated
unethically in the performance of his duties as District Attorney and engaged in illegal
activities while District Attorney.
2. Requested are copies from the Texas Attorney General Office
