We are pleased to offer you employment in the position of Accountant.

I am eager to have you as a part of our team. I foresee your potential skills as a valuable
contribution to our company and clients. Your appointment as Accountant will commence on
April 1st 2010.

This appointment is subject to the following terms and conditions.

1) As an accountant you will be entitled to a monthly starting remuneration of Rs. 7500/-

(Rupees seven thousand five hundred only) which indicates cost to company. You shall
receive your payment before 5th of every month.
2) Your continued employment is dependent on your successful completion of the 3 month
period and your salary will be reviewed after a period of 6 months and thereafter every 12
months. You will be entitled to all allowances and benefits whatsoever decided by the
management.
3) You are required to perform the duties and responsibilities related to your position at any
division, department or section in the company. You will be deployed at Pulbhatta, Kichha
(U.S.Nagar) Uttarakhand.
4) You are require to perform your duty from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM every Monday to Saturday.
And your lunch time will be from 1:00 to 1:30 pm.
5) You are entitled to 12 annual leave in addition to gazetted holidays observed by the
company.

Your signing this appointment letter confirms your acceptance of the terms and conditions
and that you would be joining Syonta Drug Formulstions & Technology on the given
date.
