(4)83.

When there comes to them some matter touching safety or fear, they make i
t known, if only they had referred it to the Messenger or to those charged with
authority among them, the proper investigators would have understood it from the
m. Had it not been for the Grace and Mercy of Allah upon you, you would have fol
lowed Shaitan, save a few of you.
(24)15. When you were propagating it with your tongues, and uttering with your m
ouths that whereof you had no knowledge, you counted it a little thing, while wi
th Allah it was very great.
(24)16. And why did you not, when you heard it, say? It is not right for us to s
peak of this. Glory be to You this is a great lie.
(24)17. Allah forbids you from it and warns you not to repeat the like of it for
ever, if you are believers.
(24)18. And Allah makes the Ayat plain to you, and Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wis
e.
(26)221. Shall I inform you upon whom the Shayatin descend?
(26)222. They descend on every lying, sinful person.
(26)223. Who gives ear, and most of them are liars.
(33)60. If the hypocrites, and those in whose hearts is a disease, and those who
spread false news among the people in AlMadinah, cease not, We shall certainly l
et you overpower them, then they will not be able to stay in it as your neighbou
rs but a little while.
(33)61. Accursed, wherever found, they shall be seized and killed with a slaught
er.
(33)62. That was the Way of Allah in the case of those who passed away of old, a
nd you will not find any change in the Way of Allah.
(49)6. O you who believe! If a rebellious evil person comes to you with a news,
verify it, lest you harm people in ignorance, and afterwards you become regretfu
l to what you have done.
(49)7. And know that, among you there is the Messenger of Allah. If he were to o
bey you in much of the matter, you would surely be in trouble, but Allah has end
eared the Faith to you and has beautified it in your hearts, and has made disbel
ief, wickedness and disobedience hateful to you. These! They are the rightly gui
ded ones,
(49)8. A Grace from Allah and His Favour. And Allah is All-Knowing, All-Wise.
