The purpose of the detail was to conduct surveillance of the lewd acts and sexual offenses that occur in the reservation, which our agency has received numerous complaints about. At approximately 1800 hours 3/0 and Tarrived at the Tulip Springs area of the reservation in an undercover vehicle. exited the vehicle and set up surveillance from an undisclosed location where offenses | regularly ocour in this particular area of the reservation. I drove thru the South parking area and then parked in the North parking lot. A gray Audi with New Jersey license plates @EMMED
