Conclusion
Based on our overall group’s observation for
advertisement#1, HR has been able to create a
glamorous image of the job and communicate in a
better way to attract the right applicants where as
for advertisement#2, despite being a professional
HR consultant firm there is lot of scope for
improvement for proper delivery of the massage.
