To Whom it May Concern,
Dear Randy,
I have reviewed the temporary construction permit for this project. I
hereby revoke
any and all verbal agreements. I maintain the above written agreement. May it
be known that
the only verbal aggrement made during this construction project was to David Bro
wn with
regards to tree removal and transport of tree matteral to my SE neighbors proper
ty. I also
revoke this agreement and concider all other matters concerning use of my proper
ty as
hearsay or rummor. No other agreements exist.
I require the immediate removal of all construction; equipment, debris,
new
construction matterials and dirt from my property located at the SE corner of Co
le Ave
and 2nd Street, know as parcel No.25 Minimum damage aquisition & temporary
construction permit, know as Lots 4 & 5 Block 13 Original Platt City of Avoca, k
now as
"the old Avoca School" property.
These items have restricted the use and concern for my personal property
.
These items have destroyed the physical nature of my personal property.
These items were not limited to the scope of work outlined in the Minimu
m damage
aquisition & temporary construction permit as I have agreed.
These items have destoyed the physical nature of adjacent city property
or right
of way property along the entire length of Cole Ave, Lot 5, Block 13, Original P
latt City of Avoca.
I require the immediate restoration of the damaged areas to match the co
ndition
of my property before construction.
I require a written notice of any proposal regarding this situation.
I reserve any and all legal rights.

I hope that this matter will be resolved quickly and without further act
ion.
