My life is my canvas
I’ll paint it how I choose

Sometimes shades of pink and green

Sometimes reds and blues
Sometimes black with white
And tiny bits of grey
Bright and cheery is the painting
Painted much this same way

I wake up in the morning

Which brush I should use
With prayerful planning
I think brush number two
Load up the brush with my God’s will
This step is getting easy to do

I humbly pray to him

Oh how I love my new world
I thank him for the palette
And for the added time
I can paint bright pretty pictures
For the rest of my life

Living in Gods will for me

I cannot ever lose
My life is my canvas
