    Applications are invited for Admission to three months FC-SEDE Programme through
    Distance Mode at seven (7) R.CI. approved Study Centres. Programme Guide will be
    available for sale at Centre for Distance Education, NEHU, Bijni Complex, Laitumkhrah &
    the study centers from 24th January 2011, by paying Rs.l00/- through a Demand
    Draft/Banker Cheque, drawn in favour of N.E.H.U. Shillong, payable at Shillong. Last
    date of submission of application forms
