I have done the survey on Big Bazaar services which is provides to its customer. With the help of
this I am able to know what people think about Big Bazaar services. And what changes they
want in this. I have done this survey on fifteen people who visit Big Bazaar. I ask different type
of questions from the people in my questionnaire. They give the answer as per their perception
and with the help of this we are able to know what they are actually think about the Big Bazaar
services. In this survey I choose sample randomly.

Q1:- Do you visit Big Bazaar?

Ans:- Yes – 14
No – 1

In this question fourteen respondents says yes and one say no about this question.

I ask this question from 15 peoples and mostly of them are aware with this. And most of them go
to Big Bazaar for shopping and enjoy the Big Bazaar services. From fifteen peoples only one
said no he did not visit Big Bazaar. Now we can say as per this survey mostly people aware with
Big Bazaar.

Q2:- How often do you visit Big Bazaar?

As per the pie chart mostly people says they visit Big Bazaar once in a month for shopping. I
gave some other option also but they choose once in a month. It means mostly people visit Big
Bazaar once in a month.

media sources can help to increase the sales of Big Bazaar.
