1lb. baby red potatoes (washed and cut into bite sized pieces)
4 sliced green onions
1 1/2 cups cooked ham (diced)
3 TBSP Parkay margarine
salt and pepper to your taste

Place bite sized potato pieces into a bowl--add sliced green onions, mix and set
aside. In a skillet, add the Parkay and melt. Add potatoes/green onions to the skillet--
stir, cook and turn pieces for about 8 minutes over medium heat. Add the diced ham
and cook another 8 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Salt and pepper to your
taste.
