2 Must have at least five (05) years experience in the implementation of similar information systems
Must have undertaken at least two successful implementations in public sector of the proposed
3 system with a similar nature and complexity during the last 10 years . Each with a minamum
value of US$ 3,000,000
4 Financiall stable, with a minimum average annual turnover of US$ 2,500,000. with in last 3 years
In case of joint venture one partner should fullfill at least 50% 0f the specified turnover amount

while each of the other partner fulfill: 50/(n-1), n= number of partners in a JV
6 Must submit the audited balance sheet for the past three years
7 must have cash flow amount of at least US$ 300,000 in each of the last 3years

13 Bid security in form of bank gurantee is : 2% of the bid price.
Bid validity period shall be 120 days (31 Augst 2010),bid security that expaires twenty eight

16 Evaluation : the weight of price=65%
17 post warranty 36 months
The supplier agree to supply spare parts required for the operation and maintenance of the
18 system,as stated below,for the three years beginning with Operational Acceptance(Memory
Modules,HDD,Tape drive,Disk controllers…..so on )
