The 2011 annual conference of All Burma Federation of Student Unions (Foreign Affairs
Committee) was successfully done on 29th and 30th January, 2011.
Inheriting the historical heritage of the All Burma Students Union founded by General Aung
San in 1936, All Burma Federation of Student Unions (ABFSU) could have been reestablished by
the leadership of Min Ko Naing along with 8888 people uprising in 1988.
Sustaining the historical spirit and the dignity of the ABFSU reestablished in 1988 which has
been carried on by the sacrifices of the student and youth forces for over 20 years, we have solemnly
decided in this 2011 annual conference that we will work on the current political duties as ABFSU
(FAC) with strong commitment.
We declare that we cooperate with the monks, youths, students and all the people of Burma in
the works of rejecting the results of 2010 election and abolishing 2008 constitution which are the
current needs for the democracy, peace, national solidarity and equality and the development of the
country.
