Mô Tả Công Việc
- Work location: Dragon Capital Rep Office, 1901 Me Linh Point, 2 Ngo Duc Ke, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
- No. of vacancies: 1
- Main job purpose: Implement and develop the company’s audit plans to ensure that regular risk assessments are
performed of operations and recommendations made to the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors

- Key responsibilities:• Follow up activities of reported audit issues to ensure recommended actions are done accordingly
• Review and provide advice for the improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of the standard operating procedures in
all departments
• Support to work on any special projects that have been assigned by the Chief Representative and the Audit Committee
• Update the Chief Rep and the Audit Commitee of all outstanding items that require action and assistance.
• In charge of preparation of any policy guidelines that need to be produced or updated and ensure that this are properly
approved and circulated.
• Provide inputs to any new products being developed by the company
• Prepare audit reports that pose the current matters, response of managers, practice and recommendations to improve
risk management practices
• Conduct internal audits to evaluate internal controls and assessed audit findings to provide independent and objective
assurances
• Undertake a quarterly update of all audit issues and what has been implemented and what issues are outstanding.
• Prepare annual budget based on expected scope of audit plan & present for the approval of the Board of Directors
• Carry out an audit of Hanoi Office and Bath Office in the UK and arrange for an IT Audit to be conducted by a third party
service provider.

Kỹ năng yêu cầu

- Skills and qualifications required:• Bachelor degree in Accounting & Finance or above
• Advanced Computer literacy
• Be accurate, well-organized, independent and self-motivated
• Good command of English and Vietnamese both in writing and speaking
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Occasionally travel in and outside of Vietnam
• Friendly, hard working, ability to work long hours

- Experience required:

• At least 5 year experience in internal audit or in related field

• Strong knowledge in internal controls and audit methodologies

- Starting date: Immediately

- Annual salary and bonus: Competitive
