    The Cultural Secretary of the Delhi University Students Union is writing to request permission to book the sports ground at the Principal's university on March 10th and 11th, 2011 for their annual two-day cultural festival called BLITZ-2011. The festival aims to provide Delhi University students a platform to showcase their talents in culture and extracurricular activities through an integrated event where students from all DU colleges can participate.     We the Delhi University students Union are organizing a two day cultural fest on 10 th &
    11th March 2011. This is our initiative to provide platform for the talents of the students
    in the field culture and extra curricular activities. This event is aimed to provide a
    integrated fest in Delhi University, in which students from all colleges of Delhi
    University will participate.

    Sir, we need your co-operation to make the events a great success-kindly provide us the
    permission to hold the events in your college sports ground on 10th & 11th March 2011,
    so that we may be able to put our memorable fest.
