Immediate:
• Agree to the demands of the union .
• Fresh recruitments should be made to fill
vacant positions.
• Position Mr. Sandeep as a supervisor.
Immediate:
• Convince existing suppliers of raw materials
and also search for new suppliers.
• Retain the existing customers, then regain the
lost customers .
Revival of the Company-HOW??
Long Term:
• Build the lost reputation.
• Make new customers.
• Utilize Sandeep’s knowledge in improving the
product design & quality.
• Design a work environment where proper
delegation of authority can take place and a
proper chain of command is established.
Long Term:
• Use informal communication to know
employees perception towards management.
• Identify the key performing people in the
organization and train them for taking
decisions at their level for the company.
Long Term:
• Take help of Mr. Sheo Pujan in designing
employee welfare program so that in future
strikes and lockouts can be resisted.
• One supervisor should be appointed to handle
the personnel and act as a intermediary
between workers and top management.
Long Term:
• Reduce the cost of production by the expertise
of Sandeep in engineering background so that
lost market share can be regained .
• Quarterly Evaluate the steps taken .
