    The use of the Bio-plus organic fertilizer on a 0.5 ha rice field yielded the following
    results:

    Total Yield w/0 Bio-plus Cost of Inorganic Fertilizer:

    Application:

    50 bags x 45 kg/bag = 2250 kg 2 bags urea x P980/bag=P1,960


    1 bag complete x P1220/bag = 1220
    Total: P3180

    Total Yield After Bio-plus Cost of Bio-plus organic Fertilizer:


    Application:
    5 bags x P300= P1,500

    57 bags x 45 kg/bag= 2265 kg


    Added Benefit: 315kg rice x P13/kg= P4095
    Reduced Cost on Fertilizer: P3180-P1500= P1680
    Total= P5775/0.5ha

    14% increase in yield and 53% reduced cost in fertilizer
