2. Pharmacist working in the pharmacy
are having minimum required qualification and registration with state government
3. Review primary processing
including drug identification, medicine dispatch with proper dosage and quantity, expiry checks and labelling of the frequency. Review appropriate records to verify same.
4. Any modifications in the
prescription are done after consulting the concerned consultant and entries are maintained on the prescription.
5. Review the process of ordering and
procurement
6. Expiry checks are performed on
regular basis: - Details of medicine checked - Traceability of medicine near to expiry - Results of such checking with specification
7. Check the dispatch whether on first
