- Read instructions carefully before - 3/8” x 1 1/2” USS Gd 5 Bolt 2ea
attempting installation. - 3/8” x 2 1/2” USS Gd 5 Bolt 2ea
- Secure and block rear wheels prior to - 3/8” USS Locknut 4ea
installation. - 3/8” SAE Flat Washer 4ea
- 3/8” USS Hardened Flat Washer 2ea

INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Raise front of vehicle and support with 3/8” Nylock Nut 3/8” USS Flat
jack stands. Washer
3/8” x 1 1/2” Bolt 90-2039 Spacer
2) Remove factory sway bar links, a tie rod
puller may assist in removing the tapered
stud type of upper mount. The lower Frame Sway Bar End
factory bolt will be re-used.
3/8” Nylock
3) Install bushing and sleeves into new Nut
links.
3/8” SAE
4) Install adapters onto sway bar as 3/8” x 2 1/2” Bolt Washer
shown, note offset of mount to provide
clearance on driver side between sway
bar and frame. 3/8” ID Sleeve
NOTE: On vehicles with stem mount Driver Side View
sway bar links the spacer 90-2039 will From Front of
be installed in the hole in the end of the Vehicle
sway bar. Late model vehicles with the
articulating stud will not use the
90-2039. Do not tighten hardware. Factory Bolt

5) Install sway bar extension links on to Stock

6) Replace wheels and turn lock to lock to
