Brief Summary of the proposal

Condition, Constrains, difficulties being addressed

“ It was the baby who left unaided during his development by his parents even his
guardians who were hunger now for love and affection”. This is the situation were San
Franciscohin started. Thru proper coordination from the head of the municipality going
down to those barangays concerned, projects and activities being planned by the
constituents maybe implemented. Government Unit, Barangay Elected officials,
Barangay Council (BC), and Municipal Agencies

Purpose and objectives of the project initiative

Background of the title:

People of San Francisco or we call it “San Franciscohin ngani”, wants to work hand and
hand starting from the different sectors of the community, fisherfolks, farmers, women,
youth, senior citizen, non-sectoral organization (magkakariton, magsa-sidecar and other
transport groups, market vendors,) student, teachers, cooperatives, government agencies,
LGUs and support organizations like NGOs.
