Dr. Friedrich Neumeyer

Dr. Friedrich (“Fritz”) Neumeyer is senior vice president of SAP’s Volume Reseller and Service Partners
business globally. In this position since January 2011, Neumeyer is responsible for world-wide sales of
SAP solutions through the company’s ecosystem of reselling partners (including Value Added Resellers,
Distributors, etc.) across all market segments, with special focus on accelerating the growth and
expansion of the SAP reseller ecosystem. He is also responsible for the programmatic management of all
Service/System Integration Partners, who pursue a predominantly local business model supporting SAP
customers with implementation and related services.

Neumeyer joined SAP in 2003 and was responsible for co-leading the creation of SAP’s internal corporate
strategy group which reported to the Office of the CEO. He went on to become senior vice president of
SME Sales Programs, driving global small business and midsize enterprise sales activities for SAP’s field
organization. Most recently, he served as global chief operating officer (COO) for the SAP SME Line of
Business unit. In that role he was responsible for global SME sales operations, and working closely with
regional and local field teams. Additional responsibilities included oversight of all worldwide sales and go-
to-market activities for the SAP Business One product line.

Neumeyer began his career working as a management consultant for McKinsey & Company in Germany,
the United States and Belgium. He holds a PhD in nuclear physics from the Technische Universität
Darmstadt and a bachelor’s degree in economics. He is married and has two children.
