A belt conveyor with proven design

The belt conveyor by FlexLink Techne is a perfect com-
plement to a turn-key FlexLink project. The belt conveyor
is meant to be integrated in a project and is available for
EMEA only.
The bearings are placed inside the rollers and the belt
conveyor is equipped with a separate device for the belt
tension and for the roller alignment. This design ensures
high uptime and long service life.
The belt conveyor’s frame is based upon structural sys-
tems from FlexLink which makes this belt conveyor easy
to integrate with other equipment from FlexLink®

Basic specification
• Standard belt widths: 75, 120, 300, 550 and 900 mm
• Length: up to 6 000 mm
• Belt speed: up to maximum speed of a conveyor from
FlexLink®
• Belt type: uncoated PVC, HiTech fabric, matt surface
• Belt colour: black
• Belt conveyor type: see back
• Maximum inclination/declination: 20-25° (depending
on speed and product)
• Frame: XC 3x44 or XC 3x44x88 from FlexLink®
