Structure of the transfer case

• Transfer case:

Chassis

Reliability design principle compliance and rational drive ratio as well as imported bearings and adequate lubrication ensure that the transfer case can work I:ong and reliably.

Eng.ine:

The engine that is equipped with turbo-charging system and diesel electronic fuel injection system has strong power and can provide energetic and durative dynamic support.

• Automatic control system of engine speed: it monitors engine speed through sensor and implements directed adjustment and control-when engine speed falls due to rise of load, PLC will immediately command stepper motor to increase throttle, whereas, PLC will command stepper motor to decrease throttle. Through closed loop control by PLC, the engine can always maintain at the given optimal speed, thus ach.ieving scientific and rational running and ensuring more durative high speed working of the engine.

• Optimizing control of fuel: applying optimizing control technology of computer and incorporating electronic fuel injection system and automatic control technology of engine speed, it can reduce and minimize fuel consumption of the engine ..

• Chassis:

Mature and reliable ISUZU chassis has a perfect service network; deluxe and comfortable VOLVO and BENZ chasslses have superior performance; various chassis together with diversified configurations can fully meet different demands and provide users with more choices.

Engine

.1 Arm support system

The scientifically designed arm support system has excellent reliability and applies proportional control ·technology of computer and achieves stepiess speed changing, thus making running. smooth and orientation accurate.

• Accurate design: through calculations of advanced finite-element analysis, modal analysis and dynamic emulation analysis and with accurate data support as de'siqn basis, it ensure's that the arm support system has rational structure and superior performance.

• Superior material' quality: the material of the arm support system also realizes the reliability principle.

The arm support system is made of high-strength steel plate with its yield strength above 900MPa. The material has higher strength and extreme reliability.

• Fine manufacture: in terms of manufacturing engineering, the arm support system is precise and superior. Each piece of steel plate and each weld seam have passed 100% nondestructive flaw detection. Especially, the arm support system has outstanding serviceability and can withstand strict test.

• 1 Intelligent arm support control technology

With one handle corresponding to plane motion of hose end (the direction of motion is in line with the direction of the handle) and the other handle corresponding to vertical rise and fall of hose end, it is simpler to operate and control the arm support of the pump truck and it is more efficient and safe to move the machine. This technology is also used to set motion range of the arm support.

The pump truck and its remote control can exchange information mutually (formerly, only one-way communication, i.e. command from the remote control to the pump truck, was enabled) and the remote control can also display such important information for oper.ating condition of the pump truck as enqlne speed, pumping displacement percentage, availability of arm support limit, levelness of vehicle body (frame) and operation mode of the operator etc.

Though one key, unfolding at initial and folding after construction of the arm support are enabled.

Arm Support, System

• Stepless regulating system for speed of the arm support Operation of the arm support adopts a proportional control system with pressu re com pensation and load sensitivity, which makes running speed of the arm support only relate to angle of control lever and does not relate to the state of the arm support By adjusting angle of control lever, running speed of the arm support can be changed to any desired value at will, thus provid ing favorable operati ng performance,

• Hydraulic system

The unique and creativeness-rich open type hydraulic system shows powerful functions: the hydraulic system incorporates the advantages of both open and closed types, such as high cleanliness and low temperature of an open type system. and small switch-over impact of a closed type system, thus increasing efficiency of the system to maximum. Meanwhile, fully hydraulic system switch-over avoids frequent electrical actions, which makes working more reliable.

• Operating prlncipte:

The open type hydraulic circuit introduces a switch-over buffering system, fully applies the proportional control technology, and uses the pressure sensor that is installed in the hydraulic system to detect switch-over signal. Upon receipt of the signal that is detected by the sensor, PLC will immediately perform the following controls to the whole hydraulic system: a. adjusts displacement of main oil pump downwards to zero; b. the valve begins to switch over; c. after the valve finishes its actions, PLC will restore displacement of main oil pump to maximum; thus making main oil pump enter a smooth and uniformly accelerated switch-over process.

HydrauUc System

• The unique patent technology can prevent hydraulic oil from emulsification The patent technology (patent no.: 01249546.8) adopts a waterproof valve set to protect hydraulic oil from contamination .

• Fully hydraulic swit.ch-overtechnology

The fully hydraulic switch-over system transforms stroke of cylinder into pressure signal, which will directly control steering valve to switch over; thus reducing Intermediate links, avoiding frequent electrical actions and making switch-over more smooth and reliable .

• High-low pressure switch-over

Under control of computer, the hydraulic system can automatically choose high pressure or low pressure according to pumping distance and height. In case of a pipeline choking during pumping process, the computer will automatically switch to high pressure to clear the trouble after judgment and then automatically switch to low pressure state. The whole process is controlled by the computer; by simply pressing a button, the concrete piston can automatically retract smartly, lightly and handily. The system is reliable without leakage and pollution and is also applied and freely switchable.

• Pumping system

The pumping system uses the heavy caliber output cylinder that has an inside diameter of 230mm, so, its material absorption performance is better. In consideration of construction efficiency and pipeline serviceability, the maximum pumping displacement is set at 120m'/h while the switch-over frequency is set at 24 times per minute, which reduces wear between eyeglass plate and cut ring and reduces loss to minimum while gaining an ideal work efficiency.

• Automatic retraction technology of concrete piston The patent technology of independent property right (patent no.: 01257266.7) adopts double limit for hydraulic machinery. For the other products only with hydraulic limit, in case of a false operation of the hydraulic valve, concrete may be brought into water tank; so, their safety is poor. For a SANY product, simply pressing a key will easily enable concrete piston to automatically retract to water tank. Therefore, compared with the traditional method, the time for replacement of the piston has been reduced from former 4 hours to current 20 minutes, which is time saving and labor saving.

• Concrete piston

The formulation of top secret that is selected among decades of precise tests, together with the patented molding, enables service life of the concrete piston to reach more than 20,000 cubes and ensures the construction requirement to safety and low consumption.

Pumping System

• Large displacement pumping technology:

cD 260mm heavy caliber delivery cylinder and 140m'/h maximum theoretical displacement: less switch-over times (21 times per minute) and long service life; hopper capacity as large as 0.9m'.

• Stepless adjustment to pumping displacement:

Applying electro-hydraulic proportional technology, step less adjustment to pumping speed is easily enabled through computer control to meet requirements of different concrete pumping techniques.

• Long life wearable delivery pipe:

After elaborate matching and tests, the delivery pipe is made through the special heat treatment techniques using the special material whose hardness and strength have been improved by a large margin; with same pipe wall thickness and the concrete of similar performance, the service life of this delivery pipe at least increases two times than that of a common delivery pipe.

• Electric control system

The humanized and intellectualized electric control system incorporates human with the machine and makes operation free.

PLC control:

The PLC can accurately monitor the complete machine; meanwhile, lt can also displfl¥ operating condition of the complete machine through a text display and duly send out warning. In order to prevent the accident due to a false operation, various automatic protection modes have been set up in the control program to reject the illegal operation and thus strengthen reliability of the system.

Touch-button:

The touch-button can avoid invasion of water and dust, which provides tine protection and is convenient and deliberate.

Wireless remote control:

The wireless .remofe control technology makes the huge pump truck become extremely light and infinitely free.

.1 Safety and self diagnOSis system

• Safeguard protection for the system

The perfect automatic protection PLC can always monitor working condition of the complete machine through various sensors, display working parameters through the text display and prompt type of failure; also, a multiple automatic protection system is available.

State switch-over protection:

When transmission shaft is rotating, do not perform pumping and running state switch-over, so as to prevent the transfer case from damage due to false operation.

Shifting protection:

During pumping, the engine must be under fifth gear; otherwise, the engine can not accelerate to enter working state. Be sure to prevent the main oil pump from damage due to overspeed.

Overspeed protection for the engine:

A soft limit is set in CPU. It will restrict the maximum working revolution of the engine under pumping state, so as to protect the main oil pump from damage, meanwhile, to ensure that the engine runs at optimum condition.

• Failure diagnosis system of the pump truck

It can diagnose hydraulic failure: internal leakage of cartridge valve, lock of valve core and internal leakage of master oil cylinder;

It can diagnose electric failure: electromagnet, relay, switch and controller;

The expert failure diagnosis system makes difficult failure diagnosis and troubleshooting easier;

The remote failure diagnosis system (optional) enables experts to participate in handling of a significant failure at any moment.
