Request for repayment of loan granted to Amnesia Ltee from Mrs Alexandra Barbara Monique
Roussety

I, Mrs Alexandra Barbara Monique Roussety, wish to inform you that I would highly appreciate that
the short term loan that I granted to Amnesia Ltee amounting to a total of Rs 2,716,500 injected into
the Company be repaid back to me by latest 10 th of March 2011.

Please note that the amount of short term loan Rs 2,716,500 was paid in the company into three
parcels as follows:

1. On 21st of August 2009, Rs 800,000;

2. On 27th of August 2009, Rs 1,471,800.and
3. On 20th of October 2009¸Rs 444,700.

If the Company fails to repay me back the said short term loan amount in the requested date, a
consensus about converting the loan into equivalent number of equity shares.
