Annexure A – Service Conditions

1. Duties and Responsibilities : You shall discharge your duties with utmost discipline, devotion,
diligence and efficiency and should be punctual and regular in your attendance. The management
expects you to meet the production norms, stipulated from time to time.
2. Confidentiality : You shall not divulge to any person / Establishment, any knowledge, information,
methods, ideas, etc. concerning the management which you might acquire during the tenure of
your employment.
3. Miscellaneous : During the tenure of your employment , you will be bound by the Standing
Orders / Rules / Regulations or terms of appointment if any,, made from time to time relating to
your service conditions.
4. If any information furnished by you at the time of your employment, is found false, the
management reserves it’s right to terminate your employment without notice or salary in lieu
thereof. Your continuance in job is subject to your medical fitness.
5. On completion of the stated period, this professional arrangement will automatically come to an
end unless renewed on mutually agreed terms and conditions.
6. You will not be entitled for any other benefits that are offered to the employees of the
management.
7. During the tenure of this agreement, the same can be terminated by giving 1 month’s notice in
writing by either side or by paying amount equivalent to this notice period.
8. You will be responsible for safekeeping and return in good condition and order all our property /
documents which may be in your use, custody and charge.
9. On termination or expiry of this arrangement, you will return the Management documents or
property immediately.
10.During your engagement with our Management any intellectual property which may arise out of
this relation will exclusively belong to the management.
11.Address for communication: You are required to inform any change in residential address, at
which communications can be sent.
12.The agreement is subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Tamil Nadu.
