I am receiving many sites reported access or need permission while teams on sites.

To save time & your cost kindly follow the following procedure to arrange access for your teams:

1.    Call the team leader of the area to check access status of your sites 1 day before visit.

2.    If he did not answer; kindly send him SMS with your sites (put me Cc also) & wait for reply within 30 minute

3.    If the access team does not answering your calls or SMS; kindly call their coordinators who will support you

4.    If niether of the above supported you within 1 hour from answering calls / Not answering; kindly

This process should be done by the coordinator for the whole sites; kindly do not let the teams check access in
