Merchandising in Garments business is an elite and technocrat profession for educated people. Merchandiser played a very vital role in Garments business, in fact he is the pivoting person for whole business who is protecting the interest of Factory and Buyer as well. But unfortunately there is no formal training for this important group of people of the garments sector. Garments Merchandising is a critical and systematic works, which a person must understand and perform with in a set of work frame, as such they need some institutional knowledge other wise it may not be possible to do efficient merchandising without knowing Yarn, Fabric, Color Standard, Labdip, Samples, Accessories etc. So any body will be attending this Workshop will have a clear understanding on Merchandising and Role of Merchandiser.
