ADM Global Safety week 6TH 10TH JUNE, 2011 DATE 6TH JUNE 2011 TIME 17:00 To 18:00 PM For ADM Employees PROGRAMME 1)Read the ADM Safety and Health Policy-Mr. Lokare 2) Involving all the employees for the safety slogan, the results to be announced at the end of the week. 3)Kick off the week by letting Employees and Contractors know the Plans for coming days-Mr. Wadkar 4)Emphasize the need to recognize Hazards and Unsafe conditions to prevent injuries-Mr. Sharma 5) A list of Job hazard analysis to be prepared by all section in charges. Mr.Lokare 6)Have as many Employees as possible fill out Safety Observations(SOA)-Distribute forms to employees: Mr.Wadkar 1) ADM Way-Mr. Lokare 2) Discussion on near misses so far in the plant and solutions for the same. 3) Meet with the Risk Assessment committee and discuss shortcomings and achievements; also discuss the weeks events-Mr.Lokare 1) Showing extinguisher usage to the employees. 2)Discussion on several unsafe behaviors in plant along with the pictures.Mr.Wadkar 3) Mock Drill for the collection point in case of emergency. 1) Explain about Eye, hand injuries and precautions. 2)Review the contractors 1)Presenting the ADM Global Safety Week Video 2) Presentation on Home Safety tips- Give guideline documents to colleagues. Mr.Wadkar 3) Reinforce that Zero is Possible and our goal to continue working safe.- Mr.Lokare . 4) Discussion on Office safety-Mr.Aggrawal Congratulate all Employees! The best slogans to be appreciated by the management.
