Artwork Agreement/Contract

THE PARTIES AGREE to the following conditions: Provision of Artwork 1. Bidjiwong Aboriginal Art will provide the Artwork within an agreed period as determined by both parties. 2. On receipt of payment of the agreed commissioned or an authentic copy of Artwork, Bidjiwong Aboriginal Art assigns the right to the Purchaser to reproduce the Artwork for the purpose of the assigned project. 3. The Purchaser agrees that the Artwork is not to be used by the purchaser for any other purpose.

Purpose of Artwork ___________________________________________________________________ Warranty The Artist warrants to the Purchaser: (a) The Artwork is an original or an authentic copy Bidjiwong Artwork/Design (b) Bidjiwong Aboriginal Art is the sole proprietor of the Artwork (c) The Artwork does not infringe any existing copyright. (d) An authenticity label will be provided with Artwork authorising Aboriginal Artist, Aboriginal Nation/s and Certified business credentials. Cost of Artwork : Please Note: Costs vary according to the type of Artwork chosen e.g. As negotiated between both parties As per requirement Fixed Fee: $250.00 per design (exclusive rights as agreed by both Parties) As per requirement
