( A ) MAIN JOB
1. Responsible and accountable to the Board of Directors for overall effective management and operation of
the Koperasi through the co ordination and implementation of all Koperasi activities /
programmes,supervision of staff and canteen and running the Koperasi office.
2. Plans and designs work systems and procedures for the smooth functioning of the Koperasi.
3. Responsible for the investigating,sourcing,coordinating and implementing of now business ventures under
the direction of the Board of Directors.
4. Leads,supervises and counsels staff to enchance effective performance of thier duties
5. Assists the various committees set up by the Board in the coordination and implementation of their
activities and programmes.
6. To keep the accounts of Koperasi end to produce monthly account statements including supporting scdules
for Audit Commitees audit purpose.
7. To maintain and upkeep the Shareholders capital account and provide its statements of account annually.
8. To maintain and reconcile all loan accounts existing or new ones resulting from the Koperasis operation
from time to time,including the production of annual statements of accounts for each of these loans.
9. To operate the petty cash account the perform daily bank-in duties.
10. To perform any other duties as may be assigned / required by the Koperasi from time to time for the
smooth operation of the Koperasi and for all matters deemod beneficial to the Koperasi.
