APPOINTMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES

SCOPE OF NORMAL SERVICES Receive clients instruction & brief of requirements. Prepare preliminary design studies of clients review and comments. Prepare final design based on clients comments. Prepare drawings for construction (Architecture, Structure) Prepare drawings for submission to local authorities. Prepare drawings for construction Advise on award of contractor. Provide clarification of works by general contractor. Prepare architectural completion drawing for submission of local authority. 1. ARCHITECTS FEE. Fee for the above services is Pak. Rs. 100,000 (Pak. Rs. OneHundred Thousand Only /=

3. CLALRIFICATION OF DESIGN INTENT. During the site visits, the architect or his representative shall clarify the design intent and endeavor to guard the clients of deficiencies in the work of the contractor but shall be required to make exhaustive cheeks on the quantity or quality of works. 4. REIMBURASABLES. The quoted for normal services is excluding cost of additional services, all prints, reproduction out station postage, telephone, facsimiles travelling, hotel expenses, allowances and other disbursements. Fifteen (15) site visits are included package. Rs. 1500/= per visit will charged for additional visits. 5. All documentation and approval charges to be given by the owner.
