YES, we want to send a representative to the 2011 Miss BYB Boot Camp Pageant. (An insurance fee of $50.00 must accompany this application and can be deducted from final payment.) YES, we want to hold an Outstanding Teen program with our pageant. The last date for selecting a representative to the 2011 Miss Build Your Biz Pageant is September 30, 2011. State Pageant Week is tentatively set for October 17-21, 2011. There will be a MANDATORY CONTESTANT AND DIRECTOR ORIENTATION date TBA. If you plan to send a representative, please complete the following information about the one (1) person who will be serving as Local Pageant Executive Director. This person will receive all communications from the Miss BYB Boot Camp Pageant and will be responsible for distributing information to appropriate persons involved with your Local Pageant. You must award a minimum of $250 in cash scholarships to the winner of this local competition. This does not include in-kind scholarship awards. The Franchise Fee for established pageants is $525.00. The Franchise Fee for a new pageant is $425.00. If you will be sponsoring more than one Local Representative to the 2011 Miss BYB Boot Camp Pageant and they will be selected on the same date, each title must pay $375.00 in franchise fees. Franchise fees are due within 10 days of the holding of the local pageant.
