Booth Fee: $20 includes vendor space in a prime location of the venue and event registration (limited availability) or $30 includes vendor space and event registration. All vendor booths include a 6 space. Tables will be provided. Vendors must provide a company tablecloth or a white tablecloth. Vendor booths are available on a first come, first serve basis. There will be no more than two vendor tables per industry, and only one person per company represented. For example, we could have two Jewelry reps from two different companies, but no more than two jewelry vendor tables will be sold. Vendor Rules: Vendor table will be provided. Vendors are required to provide a minimum $25 value door prize or contribution to SWAG Bags. No Guaranty: Sponsoring organization does not guaranty the financial success of Vendor participation in the event and cannot be held responsible or liable for Vendor sales. No Refunds: Sponsoring organizations will not refund any fees for any reason. Subletting Booth Not less than ten (10) days prior to the event a Vendor is permitted to sublease only if approved by a member of a Sponsoring organization. Vendor will only promote products/services listed on Vendor application form. If other items are displayed, you may be asked to remove them before the start of the event. Vendor may NOT change the location of assigned booth space. The Sponsoring organization reserves the right to change Vendor booth locations up to the start of the event. Sponsoring organizations shall not be liable to vendor for any damage, loss, or injury arising from any condition existent at the event, or any act, omission or neglect by any other vendor, volunteer, and/or visitor at any time, whether during, prior to or after the show. Please return this signed form, including vendor fee(s), to secure your vendor space. Your space is not reserved until this completed form and payment are received.
