    Dear Miss Berganza:

    I arrived on Qantas Flight 73 from Sydney to San Francisco on the morning of Friday,
    Sept 19. I picked up my luggage at Customs and then gave my luggage to an American
    Airlines representative at the baggage area for connecting flights. I was connecting on
    flight AA1923 from San Francisco to Los Angeles. When I landed in Los Angeles my
    luggage was missing and arrived two days later on the morning of Sunday, September 21.

    In my suitcase I had a laptop and the suitcase arrived without the laptop. Could you
    please follow-up with the appropriate parties to try and trace down the laptop. It is an
    IBM thinkpad and has an Australian plug. Please call me with any questions: 323-798-
