    Policy: All land and easement projects shall be individually planned so that the property's important conservation values, natural resource values and social/community values are identified and protected, and the project furthers the Land Trust's mission and goals. The projects feasibility and risks are measured and the capability of the organization to meet present and future stewardship obligations is weighed. The Land Trust has identified specific service areas where it will focus its work, which are depicted on a map entitled Wood River Land Trust Service Area. (See Appendix 8A.1, Wood River Land Trust Service Area.)
